While staying at these wonderful locations, participants will take part in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Training workshops for Stress Reduction. Over the 3 or 5 days participants will be offered workshops and guided meditations to develop greater awareness and presence, so that they can begin to:
- identify and reduce living on auto-pilot, and stop living in their heads and judging themselves
- learn how to gather their scattered mind and recognise difficulty and low mood
- learn to allow things to be, let go and recognise thoughts aren't facts, and how to respond not react
- learn how to take care of themselves through pleasure and mastery and plan how to maintain their practice for a low-stress life.

Following the success of the first Mindful Zanzibar retreat, we are pleased to announce Mindful Zanzibar II.
