Employee well-being is a hot topic; organisations perform better if their staff are happy and healthy. Recent studies show that today's 'millenial' employees need more support in the work place to help them:

- develop self-esteem and resilience without the need for instant gratification

- manage stress

- gain patience and a long-term view.

The 8 week/16 hour mindfulness programme helps individuals avoid or manage stress and anxiety, concentrate better at work, and have more effective work relationships.

Anna's extensive experience in her previous Management Development corporate positions enables her to understand the pressures that employers and employees face, and puts her in the perfect place to deliver this programme to small groups of 12 at their work place.
